Vision Finance Company (VFC) is a local Rwandan microfinance is a subsidiary of World Vision International. It aims to provide financial and non-financial services to Rwandans in need especially women through micro-loans and financed micro-enterprises. In its work with CARE Rwanda, it stands as a formal financial institution which many of CARE's VSL groups are supported by through voluntary savings, loands, insurance, etc.
