FARG is the Fund for Support and Assistance to the neediest survivors of the Genocide against Tutsi committed between 01 October 1990 and 31 December 1994 as determined by the law establishing FARG, law no 81/2013 of 11/09/2013. And is assigned to promote the social welfare of the neediest survivors of the genocide against Tutsi as well as to fully integrate all genocide survivors in social development and national development programs.
