Holistic Fitness Rwanda is wellness and fitness based organisation empowering people in Rwanda and beyond; physically, mentally and psychosocially and economically through the practice of yoga and tai chi, in order to improve the quality of life and holistic wellbeing.
we offer yoga in different universities, high schools ands primary schools; sport centers and youth camps.
our service benefits our community in a holistic way: there is improved physical, and psychosocial wellbeing, especially reduced post traumatic stress disorder a, improved postures and stamina; decrease in respiratory problems like asthma, sinusitis,caught and cold; circulatory disorders like muscle cramps and vertigo.
