2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and, where applicable, create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Comptexx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with the Services, or bypass security.
• No automated scraping or bulk harvesting of data without prior written consent.
• Do not misuse contact details found on the platform for spam or abusive conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and logos, are owned by Comptexx or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.

6. Third-Party Links & Advertising

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comptexx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comptexx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Changes to the Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
